Call for Participation: YorkU Undergraduate Symposium "Ethnography and Storytelling"
Contingent Horizons would like to present previous contributors with an opportunity to showcase their published works.
York University’s Department of Anthropology is hosting an “Ethnography and Storytelling” Undergraduate Symposium on November 30, 2024, on Keele Campus. The journal is inviting previous contributors to participate as panellists at the event. For the panel, we invite you to talk about your work published through Contingent Horizons and how your work has evolved over time. While the event highlights undergraduate works, all previous contributors for Contingent Horizons are welcome to submit for participation at the event.
The deadline for participation is October 28, 2024. Please contact the Editorial Collective at contingenthorizons@yorku.ca for more information or to indicate your willingness to participate.

Call for Submissions: Deadline December 15 2024
Contingent Horizons: The York University Student Journal of Anthropology is currently accepting submissions of original, unpublished works for publication in our ninth volume. The theme for this issue is “RESONANCE.” As a peer-reviewed, open-access journal, we aim to showcase scholarly and creative works of academic excellence by graduate and undergraduate students. We are also recruiting undergraduate and graduate students as peer reviewers.
